1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on Stock-Nest, you agree to these terms. Stock-Nest is a cloud-based Business Management System (BMS) and Point of Sale (POS) designed for wholesalers and retailers.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Admin account and managing the permissions of your Cashier and Manager roles. Stock-Nest cannot be held liable for inventory discrepancies caused by staff errors or shared passwords.
3. Subscriptions & Mobile Money Payments
Stock-Nest offers Free, Pro (UGX 50,000/month), and Premium (UGX 100,000/month) tiers.
- Payments are securely processed via supported Mobile Money networks (MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money) or recognized bank cards.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
- If a payment fails, your account will be paused, but your data will remain safely stored until you renew.
4. Data Ownership
You own all the data you input into Stock-Nest, including your inventory lists, customer ledgers, and sales history. You can export this data at any time. Stock-Nest simply provides the software to manage it.
5. Service Availability
Stock-Nest is a web-based platform. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, you acknowledge that you need a stable internet connection to sync your sales and break-bulk data to the cloud.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from the use of Stock-Nest will be resolved in Kampala, Uganda.
